There are five bedrooms with King Size Beds, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and one large bedroom caretakers refer to as the overflow dorm. The overflow dorm has 2 bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom, a single bed on the top and another trundle style double bed tucked away underneath. This room has a large patio. The third floor of the villa is a clubhouse style kitchen with BBQ area, swimming pool and sun deck.
There is no other group in the house or on the grounds. Other than a supply room and a machine room the house is completely accessible.
